Hi there, I’m Charlotte.
Charlotte Reese is the director of choirs at Edmonds-Woodway High School.
Charlotte Reese is the director of choirs at Edmonds-Woodway High School, College Place Middle School and Madrona K-8. Over the last 13 years in Edmonds she has also taught elementary band and general music, guitar and jazz band. She earned her BA & BM from the University of Washington and went on to get her MA in Jazz Performance from the Leeds College of Music while teaching at the University of York. From 2011-2015 she served as the Jazz R&S Chair for WA ACDA. The EWHS Mello-Aires have performed for WMEA, ACDA and JEN conferences and were awarded best high school vocal jazz ensemble in 2019 by Downbeat Magazine. Charlotte enjoys accompanying and arranging and sings with Last Call and the Ensign Symphony and Chorus.
Bachelor's Degree in Education
Charlotte earned a BA and BM from the University of Washington.
Master's Degree in Music Education
She holds a Master of Arts degree in Jazz Performance from the Leeds College of Music while teaching at the University of York, UK.
